You should login using your existing Hartpury username and password. These are the credentials you used to access Hartpury systems last year. You should have received emails with details of how to set up self-service password reset during the summer term and again over the summer.
If you can't remember your username and/or password, or you're having trouble resetting it please contact our IT Support team. Please include your full name and student number in the email.
You'll receive an email to your Hartpury email account when your enrolment window opens. We're allowing online enrolment until:
5pm on Sunday, 31st August 2025

The Complete enrolment button only activates once you have completed all of the individual enrolment steps.
You should first check that each enrolment step has a tick next to it to indicate the completion of that step. Please return to any incomplete steps, ensure that all mandatory fields have been completed, and click on the 'SAVE AND CONFIRM' button.

Some information, such as your official name or date of birth, can only be changed by us. If there is a piece of information that you believe to be incorrect and want to change the contact us via our live chat function.

For name changes, we'll need to ask for proof of identity.
If you are going to be in Hartpury accommodation, but don't yet know the exact details, please select the Hartpury Accommodation option and we'll do the rest.
If you are going to be living elsewhere, you'll need to use your home address and advise us of the change once you've confirmed your new term-time address.
As we opened the online enrolment window before results were confirmed for your English and/or Maths we had to pre-enrol you onto English and/or Maths based on your studies last year.
Don't worry. once we've had confirmation of your English and/or Maths results we'll remove these, assuming you have gained the appropriate grade, from your study programme and re-issue your learning agreement for you to re-sign.
Whether you're using a PC, tablet or mobile phone you'll have a choice of ways to sign documents.
You can simply type your name in the box provided on the form, if you're on a tablet or mobile device with gesture control you can sign with your finger. or if you've got a stylus you can use that.
Your residential welcome will take place in Heroes Lounge Common Room on Friday, 5th September. If you're moving into Hartpury accommodation on campus, you'll have a designated move-in time slot. Find all the information you need in your Returning to Hartpury guide.
Our Home-to-College bus service booking platform is managed by smart transportation company, Zeelo. Users can create an account via theĀ Zeelo website, browse our routes, find your closest bus stop, check the cost, and book your annual ticket and collection point via the Zeelo website.* Your ticket will be an easy-to-access QR code on your phone, that the driver will scan when you board the bus.

As part of your course, you will be given the opportunity to be part of a number of trips, visits and specialist lectures which will enhance your course and provide further opportunities for you to network with industry professionals.
This payment is a contribution to the costs of those events including where appropriate travel to the venue. If the payment is not made you will be unable to benefit from these events.
Firstly, don't worry! If you have signed all of the forms that you have been sent, it is likely that we need to take action, not you. Contact us on Live chat with details and we will follow that up for you so that you stop receiving reminders.
